I can only confirm that we are not in breach of contract.
We are not charging you for bubbles.co.uk we are charging you for hosting that you set up and we made you aware when it was first set up you could use with a different domain if you wished to. It is your responsibility to check that the domain you want to use is available before setting up the hosting.I have not refused to change the domain name I have just declined to provide you with a domain name free of charge that you will then use to complain about the service received from us, when we are tying to help you make use of the service paid for.

not giving 30 days notice of fees due is BREACH OF CONTRACT

I have approached another Hosting company to asked if I could set up hosting using a Domain name owned by some one else the answer was NO the name submitted would need approvel from the registering company and also they said you need a Domain Name to have a hosting package so below is part of your Terms

2.3 Upon Streamline.Net's receipt of domain name registration information from You, Streamline.Net shall submit the information to the registry administrator for the appropriate top-level domain for approval and processing. The registry administrator then puts into effect the domain name registration. Tucows Inc currently acts as the registry administrator for the .com, .mobi, .org, and .net top-level domains. Nominet UK acts as the registry administrator for the .co.uk, .org.uk, .ltd.uk and .plc.uk top-level domains. EURID acts as the registry administrator for the .eu top-level domain.

this says it all the name would be checked and refused

There will be a site set up containing all the links to other sites containing all the complaints against Streamlinenet

A simple refund would have avoided this

Type in the domain and guess what it can't be found that is because it is not owned by anyone so again is that a fraud
